I'm having difficulty playing music using a micro SD card along with the SD adapter. Will this work in this product, or do I have to use a regular SD card?

    • A.

The SD Mini Portable Speaker should have no problem reading micro SD through an adapter. Also, make sure the card is formatted to FAT32.

Charging one of these SD Mini Portable Pocket Speaker by computer connection is often inconvenient for me. Do you sell any other chargers so it could be charged from an AC outlet? If not, can you advise where I can purchase such a charger that is compatible with the device. Thanks

    • A.

We apologize for the inconvenience but unfortunately we do not sell wall chargers for our devices. We do, however, carry a portable charger which you can find here: Satechi 5200 mAh Portable Energy Station

Can the SD speaker output to my home's speaker system?

Can the SD speaker output to my home's speaker system?

    • A.

Yes. The SD Speaker can output to any audio device that has a auxiliary input. With the 3.5mm auxiliary output on the SD Speaker, an auxiliary cable can connect it to your home audio system and enhance your music system.

For example, if your home audio system does not have an SD card, the SD Speaker can be used as an expansion unit to your system, allowing you to listen to music from an SD card to your home audio speakers.

Excellent This is an excellent little speaker, very slightly better sound than my X-mini and quite a bit cheaper. In fact, I live in France, and saved nearly £10 ordering it directly from the USA (inc p/p) than buying it from Amazon.UK and having it sent to an English address post free!. I mainly use the SD card to check if an album is suitable to add to my iTouch so don't have a problem with it always starting from the first track, although I can see Vinalover's point. The delivery from the USA to France was only 6 days and could be tracked via the internet. I haven't had to speak personally with anyone at Satechi but the ordering process was very efficient and I get the impression the company will be helpful if I need no speak to someone.
All in all, a very good experience.

Great sound and portability - Love it This is a really neat product with amazing sound and portability. Shipping was very prompt. The only downside is that every time the unit is turned on it starts at the beginning of the list of songs on the SD card. It would be much better if it would start where it left off so you could continue listening without having to scroll past every song you have heard already, one by one.
