I have just purchased a SoundFly BT Ultimate and read in teh instructions that the device starts playing back audio from the SD card immediately when it is powered up. Is there any way to disable this feature, as I don't always want the music to play? Many thanks for your help. Regards, Ben Sale

The audio from the SD card will automatically start playing once the vehicle is started. However, you may use the remote to pause the audio or simply power the Soundfly off.

There is no way to delete presets other than overriding them with a new frequency the same way you stored them originally.

Where can I find a copy of the manual of the "Soundfly BT Ultimate Bluetooth Car Fm Transmitter. I have it and it is working fine but I need to pair with a new phone. It's very strange that I can't find a copy of the manual.

The Soundfly will work at home without an AC/DC converter by simply connecting a male to male USB cable from one end to a computer and the other to the USB port on the unit.

Comparison of the Soundfly BT Ultimate and the Bluetooth Handsfree FM transmitter:

Differences:

Music Player The Soundfly BT has an internal music player that can transmit music through SD Cards (up to 32 GB SDHC).

On/Off Switch The Soundfly BT has a Power On/Off feature without unplugging the unit from cigaratte lighter.

RDS If your car radio supports RDS feature, the Soundfly BT allows you to see the caller number information on your radio screen. Also, song information will be shown on the car radio display if your files on the SD card has IDv3 tag information.

Remote Control The Soundfly BT comes with a remote control. The remote control fully functions with the internal music player of the device with SD Cards.

Microphone The Soundfly BT has an external microphone that comes with clips; the Bluetooth FM Transmitter has a built in microphone.

Soundfly can handle up to 20 folders in total(maximum folder depth should be 5 levels maximum)

You can have up to 1999 WMA or MP3 files(NON-DRM protected) in those 20 folders.

Yes but you may need to unplug or turn off Soundfly BT until your car Bluetooth system to connect your Bluetooth enabled phone. And then plug-in or turn on Soundfly BT so that your phone can only use Soundfly unit to transmit music.

No you cannot. Because when you use Auxiliary input of this unit, it will basically transfer only sound. You need to control your playlist from your external MP3 player connected to Soundfly via supplied(2.5 to 3.5 mm) Auxiliary cable.

While playing music from USB flash drive, if you receive a call music will stop automatically and you may answer the call pressing green phone button on the Soundfly or remote control of the transmitter. When you hang up (you may press red phone button when your conversation ends or just wait) music will resume playing automatically.
