Does it swivel and rotate i.e. portrait / landscape view?Also, does it bend at the hinges? Also how long is the total length in centimeters?And what is the diameter of the piece it sticks to on the dash board (end to end)?

Yes it is swivel and rotate portrait and landscape view, also bends at the hinges.
Total length of the cradle is around 5.5 inches and diameter of smart pad is 2.9 inches.(end to end)
There is no instructional manual in the box how can i install the unit?
