There are no special drivers for SP800 Wireless Presenter, it is a plug and play device.

Please reboot your system and make sure the USB stick of the presenter is not plugged when you do that. After the Mac fully starts up, plug in the USB stick and in a couple of seconds your Mac should recognize it.

This is usually a sign that the batteries in the device are close to being dead. Please try replacing them with a fresh set.

very good but needs trackball to control cursor. used it for my chemistry classes. Brilliant bright green laser was a god-send to me. Did everything it said it would but could use a better manual and a trackball to control the cursor. So good, one of my students made it disappear so that he wouldn't have to take notes!

Better the second time around The first product I received was not able to sustain a connection with any type of computer, after a moderately long but cordial customer service call they sent a second product which worked immediately and I have nothing but great praise for. I use it on my MacBook Pro and can click from the back of my classroom through all my presentations.
