Impressive
Good combination of form and function. Top-firing speakers produce stereo seperation without being overly directional. Surprising ability to fill room with sound; relatively high output before distortion.
Compact cylindrical shape and soft material is pleasing (would prefer other than silver trim though). Connections and buttons are solid. Pairing is easy and subsequent connections automatic. Battery performance seems good so far.
Aux Out is a great feature to use other speakers however the internal remain on (lowering volume likewise lowers Aux Out).
In future versions I would like the internal to automute when Aux Out connected. Mini-USB jack should be replaced with Micro for wider compatibility with modern device cables/chargers. Finally, apt-X lossless would especially be welcome when using Aux Out to full-range speakers. - Bill

- Aout Bluetune - 1 I was surprised at the sound quality coming from such a small speaker. Volume is sufficiently loud due to the built in amp. The Bluetooth connection to my phone was quick and easy.. The sound was pleasant with no coloration. While one cannot expect hi fi sound from such a small unit, The frequency response was superior to other similar sized units. I can highly recommend it for a portable unit to enhance the sound from phones and tablets.
