Fuse inside the unit might be blown. You may try to replace the fuse with the extra one comes within the box. In order to do that, you need to remove old fuse by unscrewing the plastic cap located at the end of the unit that plugs into the cigarette lighter. And then insert the extra one and screw the cap.

Yes you can use the supplied auxiliary cable (3.5 to 3.5 mm) with the transmitter to play music through your external units. When you connect your external device to Soundfly you will still see "Insert a device" on the screen please ignore that message and it will still play from your MP3 player thru car stereo speakers.

- The Best FM Transmitter! Review by Andy

Don't buy the cheap FM transmitters from other online sites that are around $5-$10...they don't compare to the built quality/ features of this unit. I'm very pleased with it so far. Does everything I want and then some.Customer Rating
And the remote works like a charm. (Posted on 2/16/12) - Great product Review by Steve

My car did not have a radio with a lot of features. I added the Soundfly aux, and I have all my music on a 32 SD disk, and I can't say how much I love the product. The sound using the FM is wonderful. You can adjust the treble, bass and even dynamics. I recommend this product to anyone who wants to get rid of CDs and even MP3 players, and have a cleaner look in the car. (Posted on 2/13/12)Customer Rating - EXCELLENT PRODUCT Review by Chasbo

I carry my player in the center console lighter. plug out of sight and have to open the console to do a BOOKMARK.
It would be a great asset to have an automatic bookmark...
The sound is great and overrides even strong radio stationsin my area.
I find it totally enjoyable. (Posted on 11/8/11)
