Yes it is swivel and rotate portrait and landscape view, also bends at the hinges.
Total length of the cradle is around 5.5 inches and diameter of smart pad is 2.9 inches.(end to end)

Please wash smart pad with cold water, that will do trick. Also when installing to car please put little water on the smart pad. Also we have an instructional video that shows how to install it to your dashboard, please follow the link below:
